Attention Couch Potatoes: Watch TV & Burn Fat Too With These Quick Exercises

It can be hard to fit workouts into your busy schedule. But what if I told you that you can work out and tone your abdominals, legs, and arms right on your living room couch?

If you've got the time to watch TV or binge watch a Netflix show, then you have the time to fit in these easy at-home workouts. So let's get started!

Side Leg Lifts

This is an exercise that you can easily do while watching television. Simply lay on your side and lift one of your legs up and back down. Make sure to repeat repetitions on your opposite leg as well. This will get your legs toned in no time.

Sit-Ups

It's a classic. You can bust out reps of sit-ups during commercial breaks and you'll have completed your ab workout for the day.

Dumbbell Chest Press

Simply grab your dumbbell weight of choice, and use them to perform the chest press while flat on your back. Building muscle never looked so convenient.

The "Bicycle"

This simple exercise packs a punch as far as working your legs and abs. Lay on your back and alternate your legs back forth, as if you were on a bicycle.

Hip Raises

This exercise is done by laying flat on your back and lifting your hips upward. It can be done on your couch, bed or floor, and it does wonders for your butt and abdominal muscles.
